Problems with something you bought?

The team from Citizens Advice Bureau New Plymouth

When you buy something, it should be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and last for a reasonable time. Sometimes, things don't work out that way. If you purchased from a retail store, you may have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act.
If the thing you bought is faulty, we can help sort out what rights you have.

The team from Citizens Advice Bureau New Plymouth

This month we celebrate National Volunteer Week | Te Wiki Tūao ā-Motu (16-22 June), where we take time to acknowledge the contribution of all the amazing volunteers in communities around Aotearoa. This year the theme is Weaving the People Together – Whiria te Tangata.

As an organisation, we are fortunate to have over 2,000 fantastic individuals giving their time, skills and kindness to provide the CAB service – weaving together our collective contributions to make a big difference in people’s lives!
