We are incredibly proud to welcome our new Neighbourly partner – the New Zealand Heart Foundation!
Not only will they be helping us to stay ‘heart healthy in our neighbourhoods,’ the Heart Foundation will also be sharing:

- Heart-warming stories including how the Heart Foundation supports those in the community living with heart disease
- Handy heart health and wellbeing resources and tips
- How you can show your big heart through local volunteering opportunities
- How to eat healthy to your heart’s content with some great recipes

Lunchtime Concert, Janey Mackenzie & Fiona McCabe, Wed 9th October
Janey MacKenzie will be presenting a concert at the Methodist Centre on Wednesday 9th October at 12.15pm. Janey well known in Wellington as a singer, teacher and pianist has relocated to New Plymouth. She will be accompanied by another Wellington Icon, Fiona McCabe, both as singer and also solo pianist.
Their programme will be a couple of Handel Arias, several gorgeous French chansons and piano solo and some classic show songs to finish.

We are looking for new members either have played or want to learn the bagpipes or drums. We have a learners group starting on Wednesday 16th October at Lynmouth Park pavilion at 7pm. Will look forward to seeing you there. Check out our FB page
