The short consultation to support your health and wellness.

Annemarie from Holistic Health Taranaki

When you don’t have a lot of time to spare, or you just want to work on a simple issue, a full Naturopathic consultation (1.5-2 hrs) may not be what you need. Therefore, I offer 60-minute sessions that are not as in-depth, however will focus on physical or emotional challenges that may need some support or tweaking right now.
During this short consultation we will explore what you need help with at this moment, and create a remedy specific to your needs, from the range of Flower Essences and Homeobotanicals. It’s as simple as that.
Just message me if you want to book yourself in for some wellness improvement.
