Not everyone has the app and paying by card costs extra. I think if NPDC can’t fix these we need to just park and put a note in the window saying meter out of order. Also it is not just one meter all the ones near the Huatoki Plaza are saying this.
Fridge freezer is old, and ugly, but works well. Sofa and chairs are well worn. Desk and bed the same. But better than nothing: if you want them they are yours!
