Want to give meditation a try?
Hi Lovely New Plymouth People
Have you tried meditation and just couldn't settle? Does your mind wander? Do you feel it just won't work for you? I'm with you - it didn't for me, either. Until I discovered a technique called guided visualisation. It's simply laying still and listening to a soothing story that puts you in a light trance. It's the inner journey and special visualisations that create deep healing and inner transformation. You really do have to experience it to believe it. Don't take my word for it - come join us this Thursday for the most blissful end to your day. Check out my quick video that shows the beautiful meditation room @SanctuaryHill. More details on my website @www.lightminds.co.nz.
