Taranaki Symphony Orchestra Student Stars!
Eleven young Taranaki musicians, selected from the TSO Concerto & Aria Competition, take centre stage as soloists in concerto and aria movements with Taranaki Symphony Orchestra and some members of Taranaki Youth Orchestra, conducted by Uwe Grodd.
The varied programme, suitable for the whole family, includes concerti for piano, violin, flute, and arias, from the Baroque to the 20th Century. Prodigious talent and hard work have brought them this far: come and celebrate their outstanding achievements in an afternoon to remember.
