Mindfulness Meditation

Bryan from New Plymouth

Savita (pronounced Sav-e-tar - meaning the sun) mindfulness group is a not for profit meditation group that meet every second and fourth Sunday of the month at 39 Mcgivern Drive (Waimanu Studio), Frankleigh Park New Plymouth 4371 at 10am for a meditation session, a cup of tea and a chat.
This is a beautiful quiet part of New Plymouth. Ideal for undisturbed meditation.
Everyone is welcome if you are interested in mindfulness meditation.
It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned meditator.
Some instruction is given if required.
The practice is non-denominational but uses Buddhist techniques.
Payment for the gathering is by donation which gives participants some freedom and flexibility.
Occasionally the group brings in outside speakers and runs retreats.
