Proudly sponsored by Shoe Clinic New Plymouth, come along from Sunday 22nd August 8am at Bellringer Pavilion in Pukekura Park, to begin our training clinic for our Couch to 5km program.
You'll be supported by likeminded people to reach your goals. Shoe Clinic will share some tips and tricks along the way, with the many km's they have done on the road, trails and all places in between, they know what works!
