New Housing Development Marfell.
Have just been up for second look. After first look thought just a repeat of pretty average double units as per earlier development. Hopefully OK if sold privately but if they end as rental units I fear for future. New road progressing. Curb and channel in but no sealing yet. Lot of work still to do so hard to see any units being available soon. Note no carports or garages at moment so that appears short sighted although there is possibly room at front of lots. Will watch with interest.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
