HELPING RAISE MONEY FOR HOMELESS.
To All Whom Donated Books for my Mobile Book Library earlier this year. Due to my full-time study I haven't the time to invest so I contacted Peter Coles to find a way to raise money for the Homelessness problem in Taranaki. We have found a win/win solution by involving the Salvation Army whom will pick them up for their "3 day book fair" with $$$ going into help these Community Problems. Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
So we want to hear what you think:
