For domestic NZ travel, there can be a tendency for some people to just ‘jump online’ and think that’s its ok to book it themselves as its ‘just’ domestic, but remember that by doing it this way - the commission goes directly offshore with overseas owned online booking tools.
When you book through a local Travel Agent or Broker, you are keeping the commission here in your community. The price is usually the same plus you will get the extra bonus of a friendly & professional personal service.
