See the government has just changed the law so earthquake prone buildings no longer need to be fixed unless they are being up-graded/altered. Does this mean we are off the hook with $50m for re-building Rugby Park. I may be wrong but the question was worth asking.

Educational institutions, such as Taranaki's Western Institute of Technology will be handed a role of upskilling an already highly skilled workforce during the transition towards a low emission economy.
