Hello residents, I am looking to buy my first home in New Plymouth City - Bellblock. I am in contact with all the real estate agents and thought i would reach out directly to homeowners as well. I am looking for:
• Townhouse or house, move in ready
• internal access garage (preferable)
• Single level, flat section
• Floor size at least 70sqm
• Land size 300sqm - 500sqmish
• 2 -3 bedrooms
• Fibre to property or capability thereof
• $440,000ish

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
