Based in our Bell Block office, this person will be our front of house, greeting all visitors, managing the incoming calls as well as providing administrative support for operations.
Key responsibilities:
• Professionally manage visitors, suppliers, telephone calls and messages.
• Provide general office administration support.
• Manage, order and replenish stationery supplies.
• Coordinate the vehicle fleet.
• Organise the office catering, ordering supplies and maintaining the canteen.
• Event management.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation. Experience and knowledge required:
• 2 years previous experience.
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills in relation to planning, attention to detail, record keeping, administration and the meeting of deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously.
