A reminder! Come along to Taranaki Cathedral to see what is going on. The Cathedral can be seen through the open door, the new building, Te Whare Hononga and the refurbished Vicarage are open with a team on hand to chat. Plants are on sale at reasonable prices and cups of tea etc are available. We look forward to seeing you!

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
