A Family member is looking to buy either a one or 2 to 3 bedroom unit in New Plymouth that is reasonable walking distance to the CBD The area they are looking is is from Fitzroy Strandon to the CBD and from Hine street .It could be a do up or could be one or two bedroom cottage that needs some TLC or maybe done up .One bedroom units from 60 square mitres size are preferred but will consider some 50 square mitre units if the location is good .If you have something for sale please Phone or Text Peter 02102608092
