A native pigeon has taken to living in Carnell Street. I have only heard it but my neighbour Lorrane Simpson has seen it fly into a plum tree that borders on my property. Hope it stays around until the plums ripen.

Midwives would give notice from Wednesday of two-hour work stoppages every day on every shift over a two-week period, starting Thursday, November 22.
