Hi, my daughter and I want to have a go at camping this year. We are looking for some inexpensive gear, or any free unwanted gear. We pretty much have nothing at this stage, except some folding beach chairs and a folding table. Anything reasonable considered. Thank you for your help.

Yes, we're over the moon that once again we can deliver this year's Community Christmas Day lunch again. Due to overwhelming support from some local businesses, the big day is on again!

We've got a magnificent team on the job, Santa's sleigh bells are starting to ring, the hams are on their way and plenty of happy people are on the list to come along.

What I'd love you all to do is pass the message onto anyone you feel could do with some company, or needs a helping hand at what can otherwise be a time of the year that's a bit overwhelming. The details are on the leaflet here.

We have enough volunteers already and thanks to those who have offered their time - you're truly amazing.

For those already booked in, you're in for the time of your life! We can't wait.

Hi everyone.

Big thanks to all my clients this year, you have made my first year at First National awesome!

Since leaving NZ's most trusted brand in September 2016 I can say that moving to First National was the best decision I could have made not only financially but also with a decrease in stress and being ahead of the game for once.

Real Estate / you the vendors have been very kind to me trusting your largest asset with me to sell, I really appreciate every opportunity to achieve your goals. I realise that not all properties were sold and sometimes I got it wrong. In some cases, I got very lucky with multiple contracts on the go at one time and or getting the deal done at the 11th hour.

All of the sales have been important and one or two have been very humbling experiences for me.

This coming year will see new challenges in the market with the change of Government it will be interesting to see how the last quarter plays out.

My highlights:

Selling The Waikare Hotel
Listing 12 Elizabeth Road
Joining First National
Getting Super Gold card partner approved
Selling 52 York Avenue, 42 McDonald Street, 7 Nelson Cres, 8 Guildford Street, 7 Howard Road, 56 Kapiti Drive, 7 Bibby Street, 109 Hedgely Road, 2033 Puketitiri Road, 36 Livingston Road, plus all the other listings I have on the go.

Once again thank you to all my vendors and if you are thinking of selling call me anytime
