Chair Yoga with Olivia
Chair yoga is a fun and accessible way to gain the benefits of yoga. Every Chair Yoga class improves, strength, range of motion, flexibility and balance, all while having a laugh and some fun. Classes are not just physical exercises but also a little mediation and focused breathing to calm the mind.
These classes are now available on Zoom. Zoom is an easy app to use, just click on the class link below and follow the instructions to download Zoom, it is free. If you miss a class you can always try the next class. We are all going through a learning curve with this new technology, it is new to me too ๐
