Overnight closures at State Highway intersection
The NZ Transport Agency is closing Greymouth’s Marlborough St/ High St (State Highway 6) intersection this Thursday and Friday nights so contractors can complete work on the new roundabout.
The closure will start at 6pm on Thursday night, 21 June, and the intersection will reopen at 7am Friday morning, 22 June. The intersection will close again Friday night from 6pm and reopen 7am Saturday, 23 June.
The detour routes will be signposted southbound onto Buccleugh and Shakespeare Street and northbound Morice and Cowper Streets.
This work is weather dependent so if it rains, the closure could be pushed out to the next dry nights.
