has connections with Franklin, or who is a past or present resident of the Franklin area (see map on website), who is undertaking a course at a registered NZ tertiary Institution or is returning to the workforce following an absence from employment.

Just a reminder that Friday 6th February is Waitangi Day and we will therefore be closed, as we join the rest of the country in marking the anniversary of the signing of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
