βWithout fail, when I give a talk about getting organised, Iβm always asked how to deal with photos,β says Peter.
Boxes of unsorted photos can feel overwhelming to organise so they often get left for many years to clutter up our houses. In addition to this, most of us have smartphones that make it easy to take photos anywhere, so pretty soon our digital photo life becomes cluttered too.

Wool is an incredible and versatile material. In addition to making art, textiles and carpets, another of the many uses of wool is under-sea invasive weed suppression, the natural wool being an environmentally sustainable alternative to plastics.
This collection reflects the diversity of natural wool using a range of βpaintingβ and sculptural techniques.
Through Off A Sheepβs Back you will observe how the artist uses the natural properties of wool to create abstract and beautiful landscapes and whimsical creatures. The artist describes wool as a medium that is absorbing and joy to work with.
Free Events:
Felting Demonstrations
Saturdays 23 & 30 March and 6 April
10am - 11am
Join Lyn Wardlaw in the Community Gallery to see how the artist uses wool fibres to create art.
Booking is not required.

Susan Williams from Frankleigh Park in New Plymouth has nominated Kathryn Shaw as a Nice Neighbour. She says:
'Kathryn and her partner Chris spent all Waitangi day replacing and repairing our dividing fence, they did such an amazing job. Chris also brought me a load of firewood when I ran out in winter for which I was so grateful. If I ever need a hand with any heavy work or lifting, I know I only have to ask and they are there. There have been so many instances over the years where Kathryn's help has been given, too many to name. I wouldn't swap my neighbours for anyone else this is why I am still here after 20 years.'
