Townhouse for rent at 29 Fairwater Road, Warkworth. (The Grange)
Townhouse is 2 bedroom, one bathroom with a single space garage.
Price of rent is $470 per week. No pets unfortunately. House is basically brand new and I am the only one to have lived there so far.
I am looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP as i am looking to move out for personal reasons.
The bond is $1800 plus first weeks rent. Applicants must provide at least 2 references and a credit history check as this is what the landlord has asked for.
As i mentioned before i am looking to move ASAP so please no time wasters.

It's a delightful book with lovely illustrations by Julianne Edwards. The author, Jenny Roberts, re-tells some memorable events involving donkeys. Suitalbe for 3 to 7 yr olds it's a must buy.
