Cards, Coffee and Cake
Christmas! I know it seems too early to even think about but it isn't really too far away. If you have overseas friends that you would like to send a beautiful handmade card to, or you want to get started on making your own special cards to give this year... then come along to my fun class, make two cards, have coffee and cake and get to know some lovely people.
Beginners welcome all you need is snips and a gold coin donation.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Are you looking for the perfect story book for children? Donkey Tails is available to purchase for $20 plus P&P from the contacts below. It's a delightful book with lovely illustrations by Julianne Edwards. The author, Jenny Roberts, re-tells some memorable events involving donkeys. Suitalbe for 3 to 7 yr olds it's a must buy.
