2 moves DanceFit!
I'm wanting to gauge interest in a new 45 minute fitness class with the following format:
1) Welcome & warm up
2) Demo of 2 easy dance/fitness moves & mini practise
3) Get active using only those 2 moves (or freestyle!) to some fab uptempo music
4) Repeat 2 & 3 with more tracks for 30 minutes
5) Cooldown/stretch
6) Feel amazing (and sweaty!)
Each week's music will be on a theme (eg: 80s; Latin; Divas; Rock; Musicals; One hit wonders; Film music etc. etc.)
If you're keen on this idea, please let me know
a) Your location (This will determine which area/s to have classes)
b) Day/Time preference. Options are:
Mondays 2pm or after 5pm
Tuesdays any time
Sundays any time
Starting August/September
