July was certainly rainy but the wet weather did not deter buyers who snapped up some fantastic homes that reached the desired goals for our vendors. We are only a month away until spring and looking forward to dryer weather but spring in the property market is likely to be late due to the impending election. It is a Kiwi phenomenon that in the months before an election, many industries slow down and take a wait and see approach to what the next three years will bring.
