Just a few months ago we relocated from Highland Park to our great new location at 9/10 Wellington Street, The Terraces in Howick. We have a wonderful, spacious health store offering practitioner range supplements, herbal dispensary, skincare ranges, sports supplements and much, much, more…..

The Natural Health Co. also have qualified staff including naturopaths and homoeopaths who also offer private consultations at our instore clinics. Just phone the store for more information and prices.

Alongside our Organic Store (located almost opposite our health store) you will find our Beauty Room! Our therapist, Mickey, offers facials, massage, pedicures. Why not spoil yourself or friends, family or clients this Christmas. Phone Mickey 0211495554. Gift vouchers available.

From our Organic Store (located at the end of Rice’s Mall) we offer a fabulous range of organic fruit and veggies plus vegan, gluten, dairy-free range of foods. Also Eco-friendly refills – bring your own containers and refill them with Eco store hand wash, body wash, dish wash etc.

The Organic Store also has unique and interesting gift ideas – great for Christmas! They are offering Himalayan Salt Lamps at 15% discount and Aromatic Diffusers with free essential oil.

Adaptation is often understood as the ability to adjust to an environment, to accept its conditions and become less visible within it. In this body of work, the focus shifts to a different moment, the point at which adaptation reaches its limit and begins to form a boundary.

This boundary is not a gesture of refusal or isolation. It appears as a need to define how interaction with the outside world takes place. Not to shut it out, but to stay in contact while maintaining a sense of stability. Here, the boundary is not an opposition, but a way of reaching agreement.

The works take the form of wall-mounted sculptural objects, where the boundary becomes material and physically present. Within these objects, it is expressed through weight, density, surface, and tension of form, shifting from an abstract idea into a direct experience.
