National Volunteer Week (17-23 of June 2018)
celebrates the 1.2 million Kiwis who are volunteering their time and skills to our communities every year.

The theme this year is Volunteers, The Heart of our Community – By many, the work will be completed, Mā tini, mā mano, ka rapa te whai.

We think this captures the essence of what volunteering is about. This is a time to acknowledge how volunteering efforts contribute to and enrich all communities within Aotearoa.

Does the idea of selling up to make a big life change appeal to you? What changes would you like to make?

Sex, for many of us, is not the easiest thing to talk about. But it's a wonderful way to turn toward your partner, and it's a great opportunity to create more intimacy in your relationship.

If you're hesitant to talk about sex with your partner, then start small. Try discussing non-sexual intimacy. Do you like to cuddle or hold hands? How does your partner like to be touched? In what ways do you find each other attractive?

Then, if you're ready, you can move into discussing sex:

How can we create comfortable and regular ways to discuss sex?
How to initiate sex? How to say yes, or no?

What are your partner's preferences, needs, and desires?

What are yours? How can we make sex a priority?

And if you're feeling a bit more open and adventurous, then you can start talking about new fantasies that you and your partner might like to try.

The most important thing here is to become attuned to your partner's sexual needs. And remember, don't judge, blame, or criticize. Romance, passion, and good sex only thrive when there's an atmosphere of safety, warmth, and understanding.

Especially bathrooms, windows (frames, sills, glass and tracks), walls (check behind furniture positioned on exterior walls). We recommend a weekly check and clean the affected areas as soon as you notice any growth. Mould develops very quickly and can be easily controlled if checking weekly.
If in doubt please call Mickey 0210551077 or email mickey@busybees.co.nz and organise a full clean, wall wash, ceiling wash or windows. Stay warm and healthy this winter.
