Services during Alert Level 3

Jamie Dobson from Hutt City Council

As we move to Alert Level 3 overnight, a reminder about our services in Te Awakairangi:

๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Rubbish collection will continue as usual along with Green Waste collection.

โ™ป๏ธ Mixed recycling (yellow bins) will be sorted safely at the sorting center in Seaview, rather than be sent to landfill. Make sure you know when to put your bins out by checking toogoodtowaste.co.nz

๐Ÿš— As we did in Alert Level 4, we're continuing to provide free parking for at least the first week of Alert Level 3.

๐Ÿ“š Library loan periods have been auto-extended and overdue fees waived. Our libraries remain closed, including return bins, so please keep your library books at home!

Normandale Road lights out again 24/2/26

Sandra from Normandale

Guess what, as the oldest dweller, well one of, in Normandale, it is always me who rings the council when the street lights go out for a week or more.
YOU too can ring HCC 570 6666 to report faults.
