It gave an example of place of birth as Ela, UK. Our family shares the same email. It was signed off as Sincerely, Inland Revenue, no other signature. It had a padlock sign on the right side of the letter. I know that there are changes that IRD are making but this didn't look legit, although it was grammatically correct and a good imitation of the letter heading.

There is currently an exciting opportunity for post-menopausal women to take part in a 3 months mini-trampoline exercise programme! This research is going to examine how a 3-months mini-trampoline exercise programme can improve overall fitness, bone density, and pelvic floor muscle functioning in older healthy women.
