8 WEEK BEGINNERS COURSE
Movement is a proven healing force and Wu Tao, (which means the Dancing Way) is the fun way to exercise your body and take care of your soul, by harmonizing energy flow through dance and music fusion.

The dances are simple yet easy to follow and can be adapted to your individual needs.

There are five core dances at the heart of Wu Tao. These dances free blocked energy in the body by gently stretching and activating the meridian channels. Wu Tao has a revolutionary approach to balance the bodies energy. Similar to doing Shiatsu and Pilates together in dance form, Wu Tao, not only enhances physical fitness but also has strong healing and therapeutic effects.

During the 8 weeks, we will be covering the five elements, Air, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth. Understanding which organs of the body each element governs and learning all the dances for each element. We end each class with a guided relaxation, bringing the mind and body to a place of complete calmness.

Come along and discover Wu Tao. A beautiful way to revitalize your inner self and discover your bodies Inner Rhythm!
