School of Self-Defence kicking off 7 July
Hi everyone,
We're finally able to kick off the community self-defence school now we're out of lockdown. We'll kick off informally on Tues 7 July during the school holidays here in Pinehaven.
Ages 12 and up, all stages and levels of fitness, confidence, experience welcome! The club focuses on self-defence using a Wing Chun base (Chinese boxing) and incorporating elements of Kickboxing and Filipino short sticks. A warm, challenging, but encouraging environment where the aim is not to teach people how to fight but rather teach people how not to need to fight. in need of Hydrangeas for wedding
Hello everyone
My daughter is getting married this Saturday 28th February and the venue was battered by the storm and destroyed a lot of the flowers we were allowed to use. I'm reaching out to see if anyone has any green white or baby pink hydrangeas in their garden that they wouldn't mind parting with ?
