Shopping safely at the supermarket
If you’re healthy and under 70, you should go to the supermarket instead of shopping online. This will leave delivery slots free for the people who need them most.
• Send one person from your household to do the shop
• Come with a list so you can shop fast
• Keep 2 meters away from others
• Use contactless payment, not cash
• Wash your hands when you get home
• Be kind!
Supermarkets and other essential businesses will be closed on Good Friday but open on Easter Sunday. Let's give our essential workers a nice break to say thanks for all the hard work they're doing.
