The GRACI Project

Emily from East Harbour

Hi everyone, I'm a Clinical Psychology & Masters student living in Eastbourne. As a member of the Applied Developmental Lab in the School of Psychology at Victoria University of Wellington, we're inviting 5-12 year old children from all around New Zealand to take part in the GRACI Project. We are running this study to investigate children’s understanding and use of conversational rules that may be used during interviews with them about past experiences to help them manage difficult questions. If you were interested, we would set up a Zoom video call with your child (you can be present). They will be read a short story and answer questions about it, and will be asked to talk about their morning. To thank children for their time and participation we offer a $10 voucher for the Warehouse or Paper Plus at the end of the session.

If you are interested, click on this link vuw.qualtrics.com... to read more about the study. You can sign up there if you would like to take part!
