Infill Housing
Interested in people’s views on the infill housing developments that breach the District Plan that are being consented in Lower Hutt. Seems that residents, are powerless, uninformed and have no voice on this trend being created by the council. Council has just approved three of two storey homes on our boundary in Alicetown - zoned General Residential, on a 460sq/m section, with disregard for the impact on the neighbours and the area.
