There were comments from various people that the property had been on the market for quite some time, however, what those folks didn't realise was that Nicky had a contract in place within a few weeks of our property being on the market - but unfortunately the buyers were unable to sell their property to proceed. Nicky persevered and continued showing our home and managed to get another couple of potential buyers waiting in the wings. Over the next few weeks Nicky worked closely with the (eventual) buyer, with a lot of back and forth communication and she got us to a place where we were all satisfied with the outcome. We have been extremely happy with Nicky's professionalism, knowledge of the local real estate market and her positivity - she was always available to answer any questions we had and to offer advice. - Auckland Transport are warning of “significant delays” for commuters but they expect the services to be up and running in time for after work school/work commuters.
- Ongoing industrial action is also affecting services.

How to Participate
Participation is easy and fun:
• Clean out your wardrobe and bring your gently used women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories to one of our drop-off days (19th, 20th and 21st September at the Kumeu Showgrounds).
• Pay your entry fee and grab your event wristband - which will have your number of donated items on it.
• Come along on the event day (22nd September) and swap till’ you drop at our one-day-only pop up shop!
• Use your wrist band to ‘buy’ your new-to-you items. If you want more than your quota, it’s just $5 per additional item on check out.
Spread the Word
Don't keep this fabulous event to yourself—invite your friends, family, colleagues, and neighbours to join in the fun! The more, the merrier, and the greater the impact we can make together.
