Over the past three decades, mindfulness meditation has garnered growing interest as a tool for managing impulsive behaviours. And as a pain management tool, This is evident from the numerous studies examining various MM practices to address behavioural issues related to impulse control. Feeling tired , stressed, depressed , have high blood pressure , PTSD , addiction and many other complaints can be helped , or do you just have a feeling that things should be better, or different,

then Meditation might be for you.
At Mangamuka meditation centre we guide people in groups and one on one, with calm abiding , in-site & walking meditation practice . This is not Religious!
Do yourself a big favour and do something about your mental health ! The only time your mind gets a rest is when you practice meditation ! Why don’t you Take the plunge ?
You’ll not get wet
