Debra started as Manager at Cargill Lifecare & Village in January 2021 after a long career in healthcare, more recently working in aged care.

Debra says Cargill is a lovely environment to be in, the grounds are beautiful and immaculate, and the Care rooms are lovely, fresh and modern after being refurbished over the last 18 months.

She says, “I’m in my happy place, supporting the elderly and making each day fun and enjoyable.”
