Ryman has been pioneering retirement living for 35 years. Our New Zealand and Australian villages are named after trailblazers: Sir Edmund Hilary, Weary Dunlop, Rita Angus, Nellie Melba. We always have, and always will, challenge the status quo and adapt to better serve our residents.

By standing there I was able to read it , not that anyone in a car might , something about they are soon to start making this corner into a roundabout and to expect delays / detours . Next time I walk / ride past I shall check the expected start times but the heat from the sun forced me to seek shade before I melted. I think it was in a couple of weeks. I was too busy thinking that will make that an interesting corner now seeing as some truck and trailor units , plus other vehicles , are still doing 100 k's when they hit that junction. Of course it may aid those that are fleeing Police that seem to love Tweed as their escape route making it Russian Roulette at that corner. Enjoy the sun while you can .

We are a non-audition choir with a current membership of just over 20 people. We sing a mix of music styles, we're a social group and thoroughly enjoy our singing. It costs nothing to join our choir, we welcome people from all over Invercargill, and because we are a community choir we sing at retirement villages from time to time and participate in community events when invited to do so. A collection is taken at the beginning of each practice and this goes towards the rental of the room - a fee of $2 per person. If you wish to talk to one of the choir about anything you are welcome to ring either Dot Anderson on 214 0647or 027 7558 098, or Edna Weedon on 216 6124 or 027 441 7785.
