UPDATE: Rusty has been found!!
Rusty has gone walkabout from the top of Magnolia Ave, Kamo - could have gone through the reserve down into Elgin or surrounding streets or around the top of Fairway Drive.
Rusty is blind so may have got lost finding his way home.
