Whangārei Hospital is now so busy it has stopped all elective surgeries that require an overnight bed. This is bad news for 83-year-old Mangawhai resident Brian Callinan who needs a hip replacement but now has to wait about a year. What do you think of the situation and how do you think it could be fixed?
