We support our local families that are in financial hardship by giving them a hot nutritious meal once per week at the pulse 55 Raumanga Valley road every Sunday at 5pm. About 1 in 4 children in New Zealand are suffering from poverty no Child should have to go without a meal. We support families that have used up all their entitlements and have no where else to turn. We support them by taking the burden off them by supplying one hot nutritious meal once per week. One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Warrant to arrest: Steven Te Maru Walters
Police are working to locate Steven Te Maru Walters, who has a warrant for his arrest and is wanted by Police.
Walters, 40, is wanted by Police in relation to breaching his release conditions and is known to frequent the Whangārei area. It’s believed he is actively avoiding Police.
