Sport and exercise lecturer and champion runner Tracey Clissold is presenting two talks as a fundrasier tomorrow, Friday 4th May at the Pettigrew Green Arena. Tracey’s message is for anyone concerned with long term good health, whether you're an athlete or not.

The Women's Bone Health talk starts at 5.30pm and Tracy will discuss simple lifestyle modifications you can make to help reduce the risk of getting osteoporosis. Tickets available on Eventbrite: bit.ly...

We have some new and exciting courses and workshops to help you with your Phones, Tablets and Computers, as well as ongoing Android and Group Sessions that deal with any, and all, ongoing issues you may have.
