PakNSave
Went in to PNS today to buy, amongst other things, pumpkin. Decided to buy a full pumpkin (it's cheaper than the pieces of pumpkin) which was labelled as $4.99 each. No problem with that price - but went through checkout and checked on way home - pumpkin at $4.99 per KG which made it a couple of dollars more in cost. Sorted it out and got a refund - all good? No! The staff member when asked to change the price or the register didn't do anything. If you bought a whole pumpkin at PnS check your bill - you may getting ripped off - maybe that's the way the profits will stay up after GST is removed???
Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? 🛻🚨🚓
In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?
What do you think? Should speeding motorists receive speeding fines or demerit points?
-
37.8% The sting of a fine (Money talks!)
-
62.2% The threat of demerit points (Nobody wants to lose their license!)
🎉 Riddle me this, legends! 🎉
He/She who makes it, sells it.
He/She who buys it, doesn't use it.
The user doesn't know they are using it.
What is it?
(Shezz from Ngāruawāhia kindly provided this head-scratcher ... thanks, Shezz!)
