Steady As You Go is great strength and balance falls prevention exercise class. Two new classes will be starting on March 16th at the JH Mason Hall (18 Durham Drive, Havelock North). Class will be every Monday and two times are available. Either join the 9:30am class or the 11:00am. Each class is about an hour long and FREE to attend. Registration is essential as numbers are limited. It's also a great opportunity to meet others.
