phone call re my computer
This morning a very aggressive phone caller with a foreign accent told me that he was from Spark's technical service and that my computer had Malware and I was about to lose everything in it and my computer would never be able to be fixed. Of course I knew he was lying and was not from Spark or he would have known I'm not with Spark. I kept him talking so that he would not be intimidating anyone else. He told me I had to give him my credit card number so he could fix my malware. He would not accept I was not with Spark, did not believe that I do not have a credit card and shouted at me that I would be sorry if I didn't co-operate, that my computer would be ruined. I said "how dare you threaten me, I want to talk to your supervisor." He then hung up. These crooks must be sucking in some naïve people so please don't be taken in by them.
