Commercial Cleaning Franchise for sale
For personal reasons I need to sell my commercial cleaning franchise (National New Zealand Franchise). This is a very profitable franchise, the main franchisor will supply you with all your contracts, invoice and collect monies. You are paid every two weeks, regardless if the client has paid.
On average I earn $3000 a fortnight after franchise fee and withholding tax. I generally work from 2pm until 8pm. Lot more work is available if you want it or perhaps get your partner involved. The main Franchisor runs regular training courses, including hard floor polishing, window cleaning etc.
I am selling my sign written van and specialist cleaning equipment, i.e. Floor Polisher, Jet wash, 5.4m poles etc.
You choose what level of turnover (GROSS TURN OVER or GTO) you would like from the main franchisor and pay a fee for it, I am current working on
Please contact me if you would like further information.

-
36.4% The sting of a fine (Money talks!)
-
63.6% The threat of demerit points (Nobody wants to lose their license!)
