Health Promotion from Age Concern Hawke's Bay

Volunteers needed for 24th & 25th of December.

Do you have a few hours to spare and want to help? We have some volunteer roles coming up in Havelock North. Duties and times below.

Christmas Eve
Set Up Team
Required for 24th December.

Volunteers Required: 8 people

Duration: 3 hours

Time: 6pm – 9pm

Christmas Day

Registration Team

Required on 25th December.

Volunteers Required: 3 people

Duration: 2 hours

Time: 11am to 12:30

Servers Team

Volunteers Required: 8 people

Duration: 2 hours

Time: 11:30am – 1:30pm

Table Wait Team

Volunteers Required: 8 people

Duration: 2.5 hours

Time: 11:30am – 2pm

Dishes (Collect and wash dishes)

Need to be able to work at speed and stand for long periods!

Volunteers Required: 9

X3 11am – 1pm

X6 1pm – 3pm

Pack Down Team

Fit & strong!

Volunteers Required: 8 people

Duration: 2 hours

Time: 2pm – 4pm

Drivers & Meal Delivery

Volunteers Required: 2-4 people

2 -3 hours
