New Government Website - Settled.
Hi neighbours,
This week the REAA made some subtle changes to its name, now called REA and launched a new website www.settled.govt.nz...
Having a quick read of settled this morning, there is a heap of a useful information set out in a user-friendly way on buying and selling property in NZ. It covers selling with an agent and selling privately.

PS: The Puketapu Auction and Fair is on Sunday 25th February at the Puketapu Lake. It's going to be a great day with something for everyone with over 70 stall holders!

Tomorrow at 4.00pm at St Columba's Church. A short gathering involvong children and families in telling the Christmas story. Children (and grown-ups) can dress up as angels, shepherds, Mary and Joseph, wise people or animals. ALL ARE WELCOME
