To the grubby, lazy people who dump their rubbish on the side of the road such as that in Tollemache road - judging by some of the stuff you've dumped there's no reason you can't afford rubbish bags. Stop being such a low piece of pond life and join the human race. Your actions are indicative of a lack of pride in this country and more importantly in yourself and your family. Time to grow up and act like a member of society and stop setting a disgusting example to your children.
